  • Coordinate, lead, and participate in projects focusing on:
    • Changes to manufacturing processes and test procedures
    • Updates of BOMs, procedures and worksheets
    • Investigations, troubleshooting, and risk assessments
    • Initial assessment of requests/tasks
    • Implementation of changes to customer-facing items
    • TestMethod validations/Process Validation, and Qualifications
  • Job Requirements:
    • MS or BS in Life Sciences with 3+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Proficiency in Molecular Biology Techniques including PCR
    • Excellent communication skills in Swedish & English (oral and written)
    • Project leadership or coordination experience
    • Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams
    • Background in Operations/Manufacturing or a regulated environment (ISO or GMP)
    • Preferred additional experience in:
      • Design for Manufacturing
      • Knowledge of medical device regulations in US and CE markets
      • Validation/qualification and/or Change Control
