About the role

Cognizant is expanding its support service scope around Service Now in Europe region and we are looking forward for ServiceNow Technical specialists to join us on this evolving journey. We are looking forward for an energetic and innovative customer focused mindset to understand the business requirement and come out with various solutions around SeviceNow implementations. As a Service Now SME you will get chance to work with multiple clients across Europe region on experimenting and implementing various solutions around Service Now and integrations.

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing code on ServiceNow Platform for various modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, CSM, HRSD. Work on workflow development and implementations. Help the offshore team on technical issues and guide them on the technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Workflow development, implementation, Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules
• Complete understanding of CMDB architecture.
• Hands-on scripting experience in ServiceNow. Exposure to IM, PM, CM, KM, Service Portal, Catalog, CMDB, Orchestration, Reports, CSM, HRSD
• Service Now Client side and Server-Side Scripting.
• Help Swedish customer on their issues and queries.

Our ideal candidate

We are looking for someone with a few years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. The Specialist should have experience in high value and high-volume transactions with ServiceNow and is currently working on implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (IM, PM, CM, KM, CSM, PM, PPM, HRSD, Asset, Service Catalog, CMDB)

• Candidate should have good stake holder management skills as well as be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers and lead from front. Be independent in overall relationship management.
• Complete understanding of CMDB architecture.
• Good at creating ACLs and business rules as well as creating complex workflows.
• Data importing using Import Sets (Data Source/Import Sets/Transform Maps)
• ServiceNow Web Services.
• 3rd party REST/SOAP Integrations with Service Now
