Product Owner - International Marine Service

We strive to keep the end users and their daily work in mind. We are looking for someone who can smoothly move between the big business picture and the details of developing.

And this why we are looking for YOU, our next Product Owner - International Marine Service to bring value and support in shaping VS Sales & Service success.

About the job

As a Product Owner, you will be bridging the gap between the product manager, business stakeholders, and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Drive refinement of work items to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain and prioritize development backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for development, rollouts, or support.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration across value streams and Marine business.
  • PI planning participation: define stories, provide clarification, set team PI objectives together with the team and prepare for system demo.
  • Responsible on securing training and adoption of solution (together with product manager)
  • Optimize the team(s) performance, together with Scrum master and Line manager, by sharing best practices. Provide input to line manager on supplier performance/KPIs.

What you know.

You have a solid understanding of complex IT solutions and product management. You bring 2-4 years of experience from a Product Owner role and are aware of Agile development methodologies. Knowledge in MS D365 field service customization and configuration are appreciated but not a requirement. As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
