Job Summary

The Capability Integration team is now searching for a Master Data Expert. You will report to the Capability Integration Manager within Materials & Package in Development & Technology, our development organization in Tetra Pak. You will work with support, maintenance and development of our Specification and Data management systems. System end users are located in different Tetra Pak organizations globally. In this role you will focus on creating and maintaining master data for Base Materials, Packaging Materials and Additional Materials, today managed in SAP PLM, SAP ECC and FileMaker.

This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do
  • Support end users of Tetra Pak specification and data management systems or tools by working with data management and technical documentation securing information quality and availability.
  • Be part of teams suggesting and developing solutions to continuously improve systems, tools and working procedures according to stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with Development Engineers, Technical Product Owners and SubSystem Owners to manage and improve our existing specifications in Materials & Package area as well as creating new specifications during development of new products like packaging material, closures and straws.
  • You will be part of an interesting journey where we will move our Packaging material and Additional material specifications into a new system, most likely SAP S4 Hana or WindChill.
We believe you have
  • Technical documentation skills. Experience in documenting workflows and procedures
  • Experience from IT development and Product data management incl Master Data management
  • Comfortable to work with figures, structured and accurate with details
  • Experience from identifying business needs, documenting business requirements and testing /validating new IT solutions
  • Experience from global work environments, working agile and scrum
  • Experience from working with MicroSoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge about systems like SAP, FileMaker, WindChill PDMLink is a plus.
  • Basic level Programming is a plus
  • Business, service and delivery oriented
  • Energy, drive and a continuous improvement mind set
  • Team player and/or individual contributor depending on task
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Proactive to find the information you need for a certain task
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking and creativity to find new solutions
  • Agility to navigate in a fast-changing environment
  • Good communication skills in written and oral in English and Swedish
