In the Product Liability Management Team, we are dedicated to Team Spirit.

The Brand &Product Risk Communicator is a strategic partner in product risk and product crisis related topics, as such you are responsible for advising on, leading and communicating potential product, material or production-related risks and crisis which might have negative impact on customers or the IKEA brand. Tasks include participating in investigations into product risk and crisis related topics, advice and support with brand risk analysis, management advice on topics such as geopolitical issues and cultural implications, as well as provide reactive statements and, Q&As. As a Brand & Product Risk Communicator, you are also in lead and responsible for all communication in the event of a product recall.

Additionally, you work proactively with an array of stakeholders all over the IKEA world, to ensure everyone has enough knowledge and competence to act on potential product related risks.

If you are a positive person with a passion for challenge and not afraid of a little chaos in an ever-changing world, this could be a job for you. It is an advantage if you have worked with crisis management communication previously and have experience from communication with external parties such as authorities and media. It is a bonus if you have ever worked at an authority or a government in an advisor role or with communication.
