Hologic are looking for a Key Account Manager with superior commercial skills to execute on and support our Molecular and Digital Diagnostic strategy (Non-Gyn, Cytology, Histology).

As the Key Account Manager, you will continue to manage and grow the Hologic portfolio within both Molecular and Digital Diagnostics products, as well as retaining close relations with our customers in the Southern region of Sweden.

You will be part of the Nordic group of KAMs, Application Specialists, Market Access and Sales & Marketing functions and as such contribute to reaching the overall targets, alongside your highly skilled and dedicated colleagues.

Your Impact:

  • Working closely with the sales team, you will execute and support on our strategy across South Sweden.
  • Demonstrate strategic selling skills in a complex sales environment, with the ability to manage differing sales cycles.
  • Develop and execute business plans for targeted accounts in line with Hologic key account management tools and processes.
  • Manage and grow large, high revenue sales territories.
  • Execute business planning for targeted accounts in line with Hologic KAM tools and processes
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, enabling the best solutions for customers are delivered.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities including acquisition of new customers and expanding portfolio usage with existing customer labs.
  • Create and strengthen customer relations by attending local, national, and international congress events to promote Hologic products and build relationships. What You'll Bring:
    • Relevant knowledge and experience of diagnostic products, systems and applications especially within Pathology (Cytology and Histology) and/or Molecular diagnostic area is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrable sales experience of 3 years or more in relevant medical field with documented success.
    • Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
    • Outstanding communication skills are essential with the ability to communicate credibly at all levels and to influence key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated strategic selling skills in complex sales situations.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a high revenue sales territory.
    • Identifying revenue growth opportunities including acquisition of new customers and expanding portfolio usage with existing customer labs.
    • Strong ability to influence with experience of presenting and negotiating effectively whilst building strong relationships.
    • Managing complex sales activities building strong relationships with key stakeholders (lab management, clinicians, finance, and procurement).
    • Proficiency in managing tender bids, submissions and negotiations.
    • Self-driven, self-motivated with a true hunter- and strategic mindset; the majority of time is to be spent on the field together with customers.
