Är du en person som drivs av att lösa problem och omsätta ideer till konkreta lösningar i en modern, digital produkt? Vi söker nu efter en product manager till Nordea Node, Nordea Liv & Pensions nya satsning på pensionsmarknaden.

Nordea Node förändrar pensionsmarknaden och vinner kunder tack vare den bästa digitala plattformen, bra service och låga/transparenta avgifter. Våra kunder utgörs av flera av Sveriges ledande arbetsgivare – inom t.ex tech, IT-konsulter och advokatbyråer – och vi växer snabbt.

Om rollen

I rollen som product manager kommer du ha ansvar för vår företagsplattform. Du ingår i ett agilt produktteam med en produktchef, andra produktägare samt en visuell designer.

Arbetsuppgifterna innebär bland annat att:

Ansvara för produktutvecklingen av Sveriges mest moderna pensions- och förmånsplattform genom att se till att vi bygger rätt saker i rätt ordning Arbeta nära vårt kommersiella team för att säkerställa att våra kunder får den bäst upplevelsen på marknaden och sammarbeta med företagspartners (försäkringsbolag och förmånsleverantörer) för att ta fram nya innovativa lösningar Sammarbeta med visuell designer för att omsätta ideer till färdiga användargrässnitt där ni tillsammans äger produkten hela vägen från affärslogik till UI och UX writing Hantera och lösa eventuella problem som uppstår i en digital plattform

Vem du är

Som product manager behöver du ha god förståelse för hur man översätter kundens krav till tekniska projekt samt förmåga att projektleda både stora och små utvecklingsprojekt.

Utöver det ser vi att du behöver följande för att lyckas i rollen:

Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning Gärna tidigare erfarenhet inom digital produktuveckling En bra analytisk förmåga och vara duktig på problemlösning God känsla för UX/UI Kunna ta stort ansvar, ha en exeptionell kommunikativ förmåga samt vara strukturerad för att kunna hålla koll på många stora och små uppgifter samtidigt Om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med Material Design är det meriterande men inte ett krav
