I denna position kommer du att använda din ingenjörskunskap och expertis. Du kommer att samarbeta med det brittiska teknikteamet för att bidra till, leverera och upprätthålla utvecklingen av MagiCAD för Revit och tillhörande tjänster.

Du förväntas också samarbeta med kunder för att hjälpa dem att förbättra sin användning av MagiCAD, bygga goda relationer och säkerställa att de fortsätter att vara nöjda. Detta uppnås genom att stödja kunderna i att implementera programvaran i sina designflöden, erbjuda utbildning för att säkerställa korrekt användning av produkterna och göra MagiCAD till deras främsta verktyg för VVS- och eldesign.

Dessutom innebär rollen samarbete med sälj- och marknadsavdelningarna för att erbjuda support vid försäljning och marknadsinsatser. Rollen innebär även möten med nya kunder genom tekniska produktdemonstrationer, samt frågor som berör kundernas programvaruanvändning, arbetsflöden och integrationer.

Uppgifter och ansvar

  • Uppnå en hög nivå av kundnöjdhet, från inledande teknisk kontakt till köp, programvaruimplementering, leverans av tjänster och fortsatt programvarusupport.
  • Proaktivt engagera dig med befintliga kunder för att identifiera möjligheter att bygga och vårda långsiktiga relationer med nyckelkontakter.
  • Erbjuda input för att välja och föreslå det mest lämpliga utbildnings- och konsulttjänstepaketet för att säkerställa en smidig kundresa.
  • Genomföra utbildningar på plats hos kund samt online-utbildningar för användare av MagiCAD.
  • Samarbeta med. Delta i kundmöten online, leverera tekniska programdemonstrationer, hantera tekniska frågor och tillhandahålla teknisk rådgivning till teamet.
  • Erbjuda lokal teknisk support till en ständigt växande kundbas.
  • Bidra till produktutveckling genom att identifiera lokala marknadsbehov, standarder och nyckelfunktioner som kommer att driva ökad användning och förbättra försäljningen.
  • Hålla dig informerad om uppdaterade branschkrav, arbetsflöden och leveranser, arbetsmetoder samt konkurrentaktiviteter.
  • Kunskap om BIM inom sektorn för VVS- och Elinstallationer samt tillhörande standarder.
  • 2-3 års framgångsrik erfarenhet av arbete som antingen mekanisk eller elektrisk konstruktionsingenjör inom sektorn för MEP-byggtjänster.
  • Erfarenhet av att använda Autodesk Revit MEP i projekt är en merit.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift, då tjänsten kommer att betjäna kunder i UK.
  • Vilja att lära dig.
