Normative is now looking for a CSRD Sustainability Reporting Consultant in Stockholm for a 6 month fixed-term contract.

Our team is now looking to hire a passionate andexperienced CSRD Sustainability Reporting Consultant to join our team whereyou will make a real impact on the fight against climate change and play a crucial role in helping companies achieve their NetZero goals and contribute to a sustainable future.

About the Role

As a CSRD Sustainability Reporting Consultant, you will help clients develop and manage sustainability reporting strategies, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) practices. Your role ensures clients' sustainability reports align with industry standards and regulations, effectively communicating their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

What You'll Do

  • Consulting Services: Advise clients on sustainability reporting frameworks, standards, and best practices, with a focus on CSRD.
  • CSRD Compliance: Ensure clients meet CSRD regulations with accurate and transparent ESG disclosures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, set goals, and communicate sustainability achievements.
  • Reporting Strategy: Develop tailored sustainability reporting strategies for clients.
  • Materiality Assessment: Identify key ESG issues for inclusion in sustainability reports.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Manage data collection, analyze performance data, and identify trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and recommend improvements for sustainability reporting processes.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions on sustainability reporting concepts and methodologies.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in Sustainability Reporting (e.g., GRI Standards, SASB, CDP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting and consulting, focusing on CSRD.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have: In-depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, IIRC).

Location

Normative operates on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London. For this role you will be located in our wonderful HQ in Stockholm.

At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.
