Vad ingår i jobbet?

Som vikarierande Team Leader hos Alfa Laval i Lund kommer du att vara gruppens lagkapten och stötta och coacha medlemmarna i det dagliga arbetet. Du kommer att planera den dagliga driften, arbeta som maskinoperatör, administrera order, övervaka säkerhet och kvalitet, samt driva förbättringar och minska slöseri. Du blir en viktig länk mellan gruppen, Team Manager och supportfunktionerna.

Vikariatet täcker en föräldraledighet i gruppen och förväntas löpa under 2024.

Arbetsuppgifter som ingår i rollen är:

Planera den dagliga driften för att säkerställa att resultat uppnås Du förväntas arbeta som maskinoperatör med dina kollegor Administrerar order i vårt affärssystem Stödja gruppen i det dagliga arbetet Övervaka säkerhet, kvalitet och avvikelser tillsammans med Team Manager (TM) Tillsammans med teamet och TM ta fram och ständigt förbättra SOP:er Coacha och träna gruppen samt genomföra SOP audit dialog Stötta driften av CSB-tavlan Vara en länk mellan gruppen, TM och supportfunktionerna Fokusera på förbättringar och minskning av slöseri Driva lösning av problem från CSB Följa upp gruppens 5S-standard dagligen

Säkerhet, Kvalitet, Leverans och Kostnad är ledord inom vårt produktionssystem ALPS och utgör den grund vår produktion bygger på. I ALPS ingår du i det viktiga arbetet med förbättringar, 5S och standardiserat arbetssätt. Det är därför av största vikt att du är intresserad av att både utveckla dig själv och vår verksamhet.

Under upplärning kommer du arbeta ständig förmiddag för att sedan gå över till 2-skift.

Som vikarierande Team Leader kommer du att vara spindeln mitt i nätet, med ansvar för att säkerställa en smidig daglig drift och uppnå resultat. Din kreativitet och problemlösningsförmåga kommer att vara avgörande när du tar fram förbättringar och minskar slöseri. Med din tekniska bakgrund och kunskap om maskiner kommer du vara i ditt rätta element när du samarbetar med dina kollegor som maskinoperatör.
