We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Manager to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

About the role

Join us in a new and exciting role as Marketing Automation Manager for CDON Group, including our two marketplaces; CDON & Fyndiq. You will be responsible for driving our transformation towards omnichannel orchestrated communication. Your deep understanding of customer journeys and customer retention is a key to your success, and we are sure you are confident in suggesting ideas and new concepts. As you will be the go-to person for all questions related to marketing automations and our MA platform, it is vital that you have profound experience on how to create campaigns that deliver on set targets. You will provide guidance and insights, as well as execution, so that we can reach existing and potential customers with relevant communication, at the right time and in a relevant way.

You will be part of a small and fast moving Brand & Customer Experience department, which requires you to be independent and have the ability to prioritise and manage a varying workload. With the rapidly evolving landscape of e-commerce, your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be invaluable to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities includes

  • Driving our transformation towards omni channel communication, including business owner for martech solutions such as CDP
  • Being a superuser of our marketing automation platform
  • Developing, testing, executing, and analysing automated & segmented marketing campaigns
  • Expand our CLC strategy, including development, testing, execution and analysis of automated communication flows based on the strategy to drive retention
  • Run A/B test and analyse data to identify new opportunities and maximise customer engagement and customer lifetime value
  • Identify opportunities, develop and test new ideas for increased engagement and churn reduction among our customers, mainly through marketing automation
  • Sharing insights and learnings with relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to our goal of establishing a customer centric organisation by ensuring that our marketing automation concepts and communication are built on data and insights and provides an excellent user experience

Qualifications and requirements

  • Relevant education or equivalent qualifications - MA-specialist, CX-manager
  • Has a strong understanding of the marketing funnel, and lead generation but also the technical aspects of marketing automation
  • Is a team player and enjoys collaborating as our projects often involve several stakeholders across the company
  • Is well organised and has great interpersonal and social skills that brings energy to the table
  • Can switch between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving environment
  • Good project management skills are necessary to succeed in this role
  • Experience of CX technologies (CDP, Insight tools, Analytics etc)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent Swedish is a must for this role
