Vi söker nu två kollegor som vill vara med på en stor förändringsresa både digitalt och verksamhetsmässigt. Våren 2025 flyttar vi in ett nybyggt lager vid Landvetter som kommer att bli ett av Nordens största och vi vill stärka upp vårt lagerteam med en ny roll som Operation Support Specialists som kommer samarbeta med interna funktioner, lagerchefer, artikeladministrativa enheter och systemleverantörer.
Din roll
I ditt dagliga arbete kommer du att optimera den fysiska och digitala infrastrukturen på lagret, vilket bla. innebär effektivisering och säkserställande av kvalitet vid plockplatser, buffertplatser, plockrundor, märkning och artikelhantering. Arbetet innebär även att du kommer att stödja utveckling, underhåll och kostnadskontroll av operativa system,
En del av ditt ansvarsområde är att delta i lokala förbättringsteam och utveckla behovsspecifikationer för projekt och investeringar samt assistera systemintegration i både befintliga och nya processer och kundimplementeringar.
Sedan några år tillbaka ägs vi av Sysco som är världsledande inom Foodmarket Service och Menigo ingår i en global koncern med stort samarbete över de olika marknaderna och det finns stora karriärsmöjligheter.
Vad gör du:
- Hantera dagliga operativa problemlösningar
- Aktivt förbättringsarbete inom ditt specialistområde
- Hantera buggar, service och underhåll av olika system och kopplingar mellan system.
- Ta fram underlag samt uppdatera rutiner som hanteras vid kontroller och vara lagerverksamhetens expert vid t.ex. produktåterkallningar, kvalitetsavvikelser, BRC eller andra typer av revisioner.
- Följa upp inventeriongar och lagerjusteringar samt skapa och följa upp KPIer
- Ta fram underlag och statistik i systemen.
- Säkerställa korrekt masterdata på artikelnivå och hantera saldoavvikelser
- Delta i projekt
- Integrerat i förbättringsarbete inkludera arbetsmiljö, miljö och kvalitet
Vem är du:
- För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har erfarenhet av branschen och av lagerarbete med komplexa logistikupplägg.
- Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, organiserad och har en stark samarbetsförmåga.
- I rollen är det viktigt att du är lösningsorienterad och har en analytisk förmåga samt att du kan kommunicera och förmedla information på ett pedagogiskt sätt.
Du har:
- Eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik och lager eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
- Goda IT-kunskaper, särskilt inom WMS och affärssystem.
- Meriterande kunskaper: WMS-ASTRO, ERP-Dynamic 365, arbetsmiljö och ergonomi.
