Job Description

Your Valuable Contribution

The electrical team at Bosch, Tranås, Sweden is seeking an intern to assist in harness design, constructing prototypes, conducting electrical testing, and certification. You will be supporting the team with a mix of practical tasks and independent project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of heat pumps in a lab setting, conducting tests, and preparing reports
  • Analysis of electrical requirements and alignment with safety, legal, and functional standards
  • Building harness samples and integrating electrical components into heat pumps
  • Troubleshooting various electrical issues in the lab
  • Development and modification of cable harnesses using Siemens NX
  • Assisting with EMC testing both in an EMC chamber and during external tests
  • Occasional travel to test institutes to support external testing
  • Collaboration on project time plans and presentation preparation

Duration: 6-month internship, preferably commencing in August/September 2024

Requirements

Your Unique Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in electrical engineering, physics, or related fields
  • Alternatively, mechanical engineering background with electrical knowledge and experience with test equipment
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
