We are currently seeking a skilled Learning Systems Administrator (temporary position)

As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will collaborate closely with our L&D Specialist on an exciting project. This project involves the implementation of our HR Information System and learning system across our US sites. Based at our headquarters in Solna, this three-month project focuses on migrating our e-learning content from one system to another. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for e-learning, learning systems, and professional development solutions to streamline the learning and development process within a unified platform.



Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing Articulate software to convert existing PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning courses.
  • Maintaining design consistency and instructional quality throughout the conversion phase.
  • Testing and reviewing converted courses to ensure seamless functionality and compatibility with the new learning system.
  • Efficiently transferring current e-learning courses from the existing system to the new platform.
  • Collaborating with a diverse project team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.

  • Some background in learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Basic proficiency in Swedish, both written and verbal.


  • Having prior experience in developing dynamic and interactive training modules using Articulate Rise 360 will be considered a significant advantage.
