About the role

Capgemini are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Manager to lead the SAP Finance to Manage team in Stockholm. You will be a part of a Nordic capability team and the role will be combined with presales, delivery activities and people manager responsibility.

As a leader you develop our SAP consultants within the Finance and controlling domain to ensure that our people and business grow, and that we bring world class SAP Finance capabilities to our clients.

You will have responsibilities for:

Drive team performance through effective utilization management, performance evaluations, and competence development

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior and junior SAP finance consultants to grow and deliver exceptional results

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing

Be an advisor for our clients around financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop SAP solutions to address their specific needs

Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals to clients

Collaborate with project teams to ensure SAP solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and business processes

Execute on company strategy to drive business growth and expansion

Who you are:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

A strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in building and developing our business

Strong people leader skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both senior and junior team members

Proven experience in SAP Finance and in-depth knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders

Proven experience in successful end to end SAP implementations

Swedish is a plus, fluency in English is a must
