Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Junior Market Analyst will play a key role in the analyzing market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with Sales and Finance teams in Sweden and Finland, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives that drives business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze and report movements in our market/industry, providing valuable insights to inform business strategy.
-Conduct through analysis of competitor movements and annual reports to identify market opportunities and threats.
-Analyze existing and new market segments, offering -recommendations for strategic targeting and expansion.
-Lead the annual strategy updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine business objectives and priorities.
-Assist in refreshing strategic financial plans, contributing insights to optimize financial reports with the CFO.
-Assist the CFO in Sweden in business controlling activities, providing analytical support to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
-Support in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making.
Your profile:
-Master ́s degree in the economics or related field.
-1-2 years of experience in similar analytical roles.
-Highly organized, results driven and eye for detail.
-Analytical, problem-solving, entrepreneurial attitude thriving in a dynamic environment.
-Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
-Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
-Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
-Fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English.
