– Vous êtes capable de mener des missions de recrutement de talents en France et a l'international et de gérer les compétences des salariés de l'entreprise?

Expérience minimum de 7 ans souhaitée dans le secteur de la communication et du marketing digital. Expérience sur un poste similaire appréciée. *Management d'une équipe sur un poste précédent souhaité.

* De formation supérieure en Communication ou Marketing (niveau Bac+5), avec plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de pilotage de marque.

* Expérience prouvée en développement commercial et marketing

* Vous parlez espagnol, anglais et français

* Vous êtes doté(e) d'une sensibilité créative

* Vous avez déjà managé une équipe

* Solides compétences stratégiques

Communication et relation d'entreprises :

– Définir la stratégie de communication interne et externe en adéquation avec la politique générale, en analysant, évaluant, diagnostiquant les besoins en

communication à différents niveaux.

– Participer et superviser des évènements visant à développer la notoriété et l'image de marque l'entreprise.

– Organiser, coordonner et superviser les actions de communication s'assurant de la cohérence des outils de communication avec la stratégie et l'identité

graphique de l'entreprise et les adapter si besoin.

– Maintenir la notoriété de la marque sur les principaux marchés nationaux et internationaux actuels, et développer de nouveaux marchés.

– Etablir et supervision le plan média on line et gérer la charte graphique ainsi que le design des sites internet.

– Animations et supervision des différents comptes réseaux sociaux.

– Rédaction en espagnol, anglais et français.

– Création et supervision des contenus : production d'images, vidéos.

– Améliorer l'expérience des employés et leur bien-être.

– Renforcer la culture d'entreprise.

– Creation et supervision de logo et developpement de charte graphique.

– Création et supervision et gestion de site web .

– Développer la notoriété de la marque.

– Analyse et supervision des résultats avec Google Analytics.

Développement commercial et marketing:

– Piloter le développement des activités de conseil et d'audit de MILA Cybersécurité en France et a l'international (Amérique Latine, Afrique).

– Le coeur de votre mission sera de détecter et de qualifier les prospects ciblés.

– Démarcher et gérer un portefeuille de prospects et de clients.

– Générer et participer a des rendez-vous commerciaux.

– Participer aux comités de pilotage et aux soutenances.

– Participer a la rédaction des réponses aux appels d'offre.

– Rencontrer les clients et prospects afin de présenter l'offre de MILA Cybersécurité et élaborer des propostions commerciales.

– Mettre en place des études de satisfaction client.

– Analyser la concurrence et créer et animer la stratégie commerciale et marketing de MILA.

– Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise, trouver de nouveaux clients B2B.

– Identifier des moyens, actions ou évènements permettant de participer à la mise en place ou à l'amélioration de la stratégie d'acquisition et de

fidélisation des clients B2B.

– Développer les partenariats avec les marques extérieures et les fournisseurs, partenaires, co traitants et sous traitants.

– Veiller à la cohérence de la communication par rapport aux déplacements commerciaux et aux prestations proposées à nos clients.

– Faire un reporting régulier à la direction.

– Actualiser et optimiser les procédures du service.
