Vi söker en driven och engagerad Senior Legal Counsel Manager som kommer leda vårt team Corporate Affairs & Tech inom Group Legal och spela en avgörande roll i utvecklingen av vår AI Governance.

Juristavdelningen på ICA Gruppen bidrar till koncernens lönsamma tillväxt genom att tillhandahålla proaktiv, tydlig och relevant juridisk vägledning. Avdelningen består av 20 medarbetare och omfattar tre fokusområden: Corporate Affairs & Tech, Commercial & Contracts samt Privacy Office.

ICA Gruppen är ett ledande detaljhandelsföretag med fokus på mat och hälsa. I koncernen ingår ICA Sverige och Rimi Baltic som i huvudsak driver dagligvaruhandel, ICA Fastigheter som äger och förvaltar fastigheter, ICA Banken som erbjuder finansiella tjänster och Apotek Hjärtat som driver apoteksverksamhet. Om rollen

Du blir en del av ledningsgruppen för Group Legal och ansvarar för att leda och vidareutveckla området Corporate Affairs & Tech. Området Corporate Affairs & Tech består för närvarande av fyra medarbetare vars huvuduppgift är att säkra en god struktur för bolagsstyrning, regulatorisk regelefterlevnad och riskhantering samt juridiskt stöd till vår affärsutveckling respektive IT-organisation.

Rollen innefattar en spännande möjlighet att vara en nyckelspelare i vår förändringsresa, varav en viktig del är att bygga upp styrning, organisation och arbetssätt som kan möta kraven i förhållande till användningen av AI.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är bland annat att:

  • Leda och utveckla fokusområdet och teamet Corporate Affairs & Tech.
  • Ge råd om regulatoriska och legala risker inom AI för att förbättra beslutsfattandet.
  • Identifiera och övervaka det regulatoriska landskap inom AI som är relevant för ICA och tillhandahålla rådgivning inom området.
  • Säkerställa att policyer och processer inom AI-orådet är effektiva och ändamålsenliga.
  • Driva arbetet med styrning och regelefterlevnad inom AI.

För oss är det viktigt att majoriteten av arbetstiden är du på kontoret. Självklart finns möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån när det passar arbetsuppgifterna och teamet. Du kommer att rapportera direkt till koncernens chefsjurist.

Om dig

Vi söker dig med genuint intresse för teknik, innovation och ledarskap. Du är strategisk, strukturerad och en skicklig kommunikatör som kan påverka och leda. Ditt ledarskap kännetecknas av en coachande approach och ett engagemang för att kontinuerligt utveckla och stärka ditt team.

Du har:

  • Juristexamen med gedigen erfarenhet inom IT-rätt, GDPR, bolagsrätt, avtalsrätt och bolagsstyrning.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda team och personalansvar.
  • Mycket goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Det är en merit om du har erfarenhet av förändringsarbete samt av att bygga upp styrning, organisation och arbetssätt för att möta dataskyddskrav.
