På Product Unit (PU) Fighter EW ansvarar vi för produkter och affärer inom området Electronic Warfare för primärt stridsflygplan, men även andra plattformar i behov av våra världsledande EW-lösningar. Vi arbetar med kontraktsledning, projektledning samt produktledning för att skapa framtidens produkter och affärer, leda pågående projekt och kontrakt samt leda och driva underhållslösningar av våra existerande produkter. Vi är en del av Business Fighter Core Capabilities inom affärsområdet Surveillance.

Vi söker nu en Chief Product Owner (CPO) för vårt produktutvecklingsprogram "EWTools Functions". Inom "EWTools Functions" utvecklas PC applikationer för analys och visualisering av insamlat signaldata från våra flygande och landbaserade signalspanings- och radarvarningsprodukter. Applikationerna används även för skapande av bibliotek till våra telekrigsprodukter.

Utvecklingsprogrammet består av idag av ~25–30 mjukvaru- och systemingenjörer uppdelade på 6 team. I dagsläget finns 3 Product Owners (POs) som arbetar mot olika produktområden men det saknas en koordinerande CPO.

Som CPO är du ytterst ansvarig för teknikledningen inom programmet och rollen innefattar, men är inte begränsad till att:

Säkerställa att verksamhetsprioriteringar återspeglas i utvecklingsprogrammet utifrån en gemensam backlog

Kontinuerligt prioritera den gemensamma produktbacklogen samt arbeta med dess innehåll, exempelvis nedbrytning av övergripande krav, i samarbete med POs, teamen och dess stakeholders

Övergripande ansvar för att kommunikation sker med och mellan interna och externa stakeholders.

Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med utvecklingsprogrammets Release Train Engineer (RTE) när det gäller koordinering av leveranser, teamen och stakeholders.

Tjänsten är belägen i Järfälla och resor kan förekomma till kundprojekten inrikes och utrikes. Under 2025 kommer verksamheten att flyttas från Järfälla till Solna strand.

Vi ser gärna att du arbetat som PO, CPO, systemingenjör eller någon annan teknisk ledande roll tidigare inom mjukvaruutveckling.

För att lyckas i denna roll tror vi att du har god kommunikation med förmåga att utmana status quo och söka nya perspektiv. Du har en teknisk bakgrund som högskole- eller civilingenjör inom relevant område. Du behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
