We are now looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join our programmatic team, where you will work with your colleagues on our programmatic offerings. You will be responsible for your own clients but also work in small teams with Senior Programmatic Specialist and coordinators. Your tasks and main responsibilities will range from strategy and setup to optimization, as well as subsequent reporting and recommendations for programmatic campaigns.

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will be expected to build strong relationships with our sister agencies and advertisers, always act service-oriented, and be an instrumental part of the various customer teams related to programmatic buying.

In the role of Programmatic Specialist, you are expected to contribute to the programmatic strategy and plan, which you will then execute—from technical capabilities to contextual opportunities—and provide relevant recommendations and estimates for various campaign types. We are experiencing strong positive growth and would like you to be open to driving your own ideas for further development. This position offers a myriad of opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

To succeed in the role we are looking for someone with relevant work experience, a passion for digital marketing, and strong analytical and technical skills. It's also important to maintain high productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and have the willingness and interest to learn new systems. You work flexibly, meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Experience with DV360 and Xandr is a significant advantage.

Additionally, it's beneficial if you have experience in:

  • Digital advertising, including the digital media landscape
  • DSP/SSP
  • Ad Ops or Campaign Management
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Business and financial understanding
