Om tjänsten Good Idea är ett startup med det stora bolagets erfarenhet. Det ägs och marknadsförs av DoubleGood AB. DoubleGood AB är ett dotterbolag till Aventure AB, ett svenskt forskningsbaserat food-tech företag specialiserat på livsmedel med vetenskapligt bevisade, positiva hälsoeffekter. Grundarna av företaget är bröderna Rickard och Björn Öste, som bland annat uppfunnit och utvecklat havredrycken Oatly som har revolutionerat marknaden.

För att Good Idea ska kunna ta marknadsandelar och få ut konceptet på marknaden söker vi nu efter en driven Business Development Manager som ska ansvara över och styra försäljningen av drycken. Du erbjuds en roll där du får vara en del av en spännande internationell vardag och även vara en nyckelspelare i utvecklingen av bolaget tillsammans med VD:n. Good Ideas lokaler finns i Lund, i nära anslutning till Lunds Universitet och forskningsbyn Ideon. Arbetsplatsen präglas av en öppen attityd där du förväntas vara initiativrik och delta med dina idéer och tankar. Du förväntas även vara prestigelös och kunna hjälpa till där det behövs.

Arbetsbeskrivning:

Rollen är helt ny vilket ger dig en helt unik möjlighet att få bygga upp något från start. Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med ditt team men samtidigt ha fullt ansvar för försäljningen fysiskt hos kund. I takt med att Good Idea växer kommer även ditt ansvar öka. Du kommer även i rollen:

  1. Arbeta säljoritenterat
  2. Identifiera potentiella försäljningskanaler
  3. Arbeta strategiskt med att bland annat utföra marknadsanalyser samt uppsökande kontakt av nya återförsäljare

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom Business Administration eller liknande
  • Har arbetslivserfarenhet från en roll som förslagsvis Account manager, Produktansvarig, Marknadsansvarig mfl.
  • Är obehindrad i Svenska & Engelska, både i tal och i skrift
  • Har B-körkort

Det är meriterande om du dessutom har:

  • Erfarenhet inom livsmedel- eller hälsobranschen
  • Ett stort intresse för functional foods & preventiva livsmedel
