About the role

We are looking for Associate Consultants for our Strategy & Organisation practice. You will typically work in teams of 2-4 consultants to identify, develop, and implement solutions to some of our clients' biggest problems. This means you will have an impact from day one and experience a steep learning curve. Our practice usually delivers three types of assignments:

  • Business direction - Strategy & business enhancing initiatives
  • Organisation design & development - Secure organisational ability to execute a strategy
  • People strategy - Strategy work in areas such as learning, talent acquisition, and performance management

Our ambition is to become our clients' trusted "companions for the journey", which means you will work closely with your expert colleagues within Executive Search, Leadership Services & Performance Management under the same methodology. We are also committed to our co-creation philosophy, which means we collaboratively and creatively develop solutions together with our clients to ensure maximum impact with sustainable results long after our projects are finished.

We are looking for team players with:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic credentials
  • 0-2+ years of relevant experience in a role within a leading management consulting firm or corporation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a high level of intellectual curiosity
