I rollen som Talent Acquisition Specialist kommer du få ta stort ansvar för att vara med och driva rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål i nära samarbete med våra konsultchefer, säljare och andra delar av verksamheten. Detta innebär allt från att identifiera och attrahera talanger, genomföra urvalsprocesser inklusive intervjuer och tester samt vara med och förbättra och utveckla rekryteringsprocessen kontinuerligt. I rollen ingår det även andra arbetsuppgifter som till exempel anordnande av events, föreläsningar och deltagande på olika mässor.

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med hela rekryteringscykeln som rekryterare, företrädelsevis inom IT/tech och inom konsultvärlden då du har ett upparbetat nätverk samt besitter kunskap kring vår bransch. Du förstår vikten av långsiktiga kandidatrelationer, är nytänkande och innovativ i ditt sätt att rekrytera. Du bygger, utvecklar och underhåller ditt nätverk av kandidater. Vi har en stark entreprenörsanda i bolaget vilket innebär att vi lägger stor viktig vid egenskaper såsom målmedvetenhet, struktur och ansvarstagande. Vi tar alltid vårt arbete på största allvar men inte alltid oss själva och förstår att energin vi lägger in är den energi vi får tillbaka.
- Erfarenhet av IT/Tech rekrytering
- Har arbetat med Linkedin som verktyg (recruiter-delen)
- Kan kommunicera flytande på svenska och engelska då det krävs i vårt dagliga arbete.
- Eftergymnasial utbildning inom Business Management, HR, personal, ledarskap eller likvärdig.
