About the Role: As the Office & Communication Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our three sites, NELT, site committees, and both commercial and operational committees. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and streamline communication across these entities, ensuring seamless operations and effective information dissemination.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Dual hat and site chairs to develop and execute the communication strategy for Northern Europe Coordinate various processes related to commercial and Stryker Northern European activities, including vendor management, branding material development, and internal meeting facilitation Serve as the central hub for supporting the Stryker NE organization, acting as the "spider in the web" for a wide range of activities Provide high-level administrative support, requiring a solid understanding of technical and business vocabulary, as well as the organization's operations and procedures Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases Prepare documents and presentation materials, screen and respond to correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls, draft letters and official information releases, and arrange and attend meetings

Your profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in communication, marketing, or branding; healthcare industry experience is a plus

Skills:

Strong writing, editorial, and communication skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business needs and develop strategies to address them

Analytical: Quantitative and analytical skills to measure success

Adaptability: Execution-oriented, self-starter able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Interpersonal: Customer-centric approach with the ability to serve diverse organizational needs; able to inspire cross-divisional teams without direct control

Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is strongly preferred
