Om rollen
Som konsult hos oss arbetar du med att stötta kunders förändringsarbete - från strategi hela vägen till ett förändrat beteende och nya eller förbättrade IT-stöd. I uppdrag hos kund kommer du att skapa och leda förändringsarbetet. Du arbetar nära verksamheten för att själv eller tillsammans med andra förstå och omvandla krav till förstklassig arkitektur. Vidare är du ansvarig för att upprätthålla och förbättra befintliga och utveckla nya lösningsarkitekturer. Detta sker i vissa fall som en del av en teamleverans tillsammans med andra erfarna kollegor och i andra fall som expertkonsult.

Vi är erfarna konsulter med bred branscherfarenhet och har vana av förändringsarbete genom digitalisering. Viktigt är också att se möjligheterna i olika uppdrag då de varierar över tid utifrån kundernas behov. Därför tror vi att du har en god social och kommunikativ förmåga och kan förklara och förankra lösningar på flera nivåer i organisationen.
Du har minst 5 års erfarenhet från, för tjänsten, relevanta roller, Erfarenhet av och mycket god förståelse för stora och komplexa systemmiljöer, Erfarenhet som lösningsarkitekt och arbetat med data- och processmodellering samt systemarkitektur eller liknande roller, Relevant akademisk utbildning så som högskoleutbildning med datainriktning t.ex. systemvetenskaplig utbildning eller civilingenjör med datainriktning En konsultbakgrund eller erfarenhet av roll där du är kreativ och ser affärsmöjligheterMeriterande:
Certifieringar och erfarenheter inom relevanta områden så som Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD är ett extra plus Erfarenhet av informationsmodellering Färdigheter inom dokumentation och kommunikation Kompetens och erfarenhet av integrationslösningar mellan applikationer/systemVi erbjuder:
