TechSeed är ett medarbetarägt bolag som erbjuder konsulttjänster och har ett kompetensdjup inom flera domäner. Vi är på en kraftig tillväxtresa och söker nu konsulter inom Governance, Risk & Compliance som även kommer få en stor grad av inflytande och insyn i hur vi växer framåt och tar ett helhetsgrepp om uppkopplade ekosystem och lösningar. Vi söker dig som trivs i konsultrollen och samtidigt vill bidra till att skapa vägen framåt för TechSeed – Tillsammans.

Med din expertis inom Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) arbetar du med att etablera effektiva styrstrukturer, identifiera och hantera risker samt säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar och standarder. Din roll involverar att utforma och implementera policys, övervaka regelefterlevnad, samt bedöma och hantera risker för att säkerställa våra kunders kort- och långsiktiga hållbarhet. Detta kommer ske både ute i uppdrag men även sett till enhetens erbjudanden och TechSeedi stort, beroende på behov.

I den här rollen kommer du tillhöra enheten TechSeed Cyber Security vars uppdrag är att se till att uppkopplade lösningar är säkra och följer relevanta regelverk samt leverera expertrådgivning. Hos Cyber Security hittar vi våra kollegor med kompetens inom informationssäkerhet, privacy, cybersäkerhet och tech law som gemensamt har visionen att ge råd och lösningar med fokus påtydlighetochärlighet.Som delägare och anställd kommer du vara med i utvecklingen av våra erbjudanden, få möjlighet att påverka de områden som du drivs av och samtidigt få tryggheten av ett team med gemensamt mål och gemensamma intressen.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig vars expertis är Governance, Risk & Compliance Vi söker dig som är nyfiken på ny teknik, trivs i roller där du utvecklas och trivs i en kultur där vi hjälps åt och bygger bolagettillsammans. För att trivas behöver du vara bekväm inom GRCoch ha minst 3 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom GRC, gärna med fokus på ledningssystem. Du har goda kunskaper inom GRC-ramverk och kvalitetsledningssystem som exempelvis ISO9001samt är lösningsorienterad och trivs i samarbete med andra. Eftersom vi arbetar med flera typer av kunder med olika behov krävs det för rollen att vara obehindrad i både svenska och engelska, tal och skrift. Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att jobba på ett start/scale-up, har tidigare konsulterfarenhet eller har kunskaper inom informationssäkerhet eller andra relaterade ämnen.
