Du kommer att behöva arbeta tvärfunktionellt för att följa processer och utforska förbättringar. Du kommer att vara huvudkontaktpunkt gällande dina leveranser och relaterade frågor. Dina nyckelgränssnitt kommer att vara våra kunder och Axis försäljningsorganisation, våra konfigurations- och logistikcenter, logistik- och tullteam.Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden är* Ansvarig för alla dina regionala order samt som en backup för resten av teamet vid behov* Kundservice/vård (hantering av kundorder och förfrågningar på ett effektivt sätt)* Att medla och koordinera mellan kunden och olika avdelningar inom Axis* Etablera och vårda en stark relation med våra distributörer och försäljningsorganisation. För detta behöver du högsta fokus på kundnöjdhet och utmärkt förståelse för kundernas behov i olika kulturer* Arbeta med förbättringar och koordinera dessa med alla berörda parter i returerna* Kunskapsdelning - dokumentera och upprätthålla instruktioner och rutiner enligt organisatoriska riktlinjerDenna position kan innebära några dagar av resande under uppdraget.Globala orderavdelningenDu kommer att vara en del av det globala orderteamet inom Axis. Kom och gå med ossVI SÖKER DIG SOM- Har tidigare erfarenhet av en liknande roll- Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i ett ERP-system och god kunskap i Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel och PowerPoint)- Du behöver vara en erfaren kommunikatör med utmärkt skriftlig och muntlig engelska och svenska för att hantera internationella kontakter i en mångkulturell miljöDet är meriterande* Om du haft ett arbete som krävt sifferförståelse i B2B* Om du tidigare arbetat inom logistik, supply chain eller ekonomiFör att lyckas och trivas i rollen har du följande egenskaperVi ser att du har en stark affärsförståelse och alltid sätter kunden först. Du har förmågan att ta initiativ och har ett stort intresse för att driva förbättringar och effektivisera interna processer relaterade till ditt område på ett strukturerat sätt, alltid med högsta uppmärksamhet på detaljer. Du har förmågan att bearbeta stora volymer av transaktioner i hög takt med skicklighet samtidigt som du upprätthåller högsta standard för fullständighet, noggrannhet och integritet. Du prioriterar ditt eget arbete effektivt för att möta deadlines och KPI:er samt är en självständig/flexibel problemlösare med förmågan att hantera kontinuerliga förändringar.
