We are actively recruiting for a Turkish-speaking Technical Services Engineer that possesses a native level of proficiency in the mentioned language, as well as a professional level of the English language.

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll collaborate closely with senior Technical Services Engineers, Technical Services Specialists, Product Specialists, and other colleagues to deliver product-specific assistance and general guidance. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER

Your key objectives include but are not limited to:

  1. First-Call Resolution: Strive for prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, taking ownership of each case through fulfillment.
  2. Product System Assistance: Assist customers with product system navigation, including guidance during first-time installations.
  3. Root Cause Analysis: Skillfully ask targeted questions to swiftly identify the underlying issues.
  4. Effective Communication: Provide concise and effective responses to customer service inquiries.
  5. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to both software and hardware.

As a Technical Services Engineer, we seek individuals that possess great communication and problem-solving skills. The role demands you to always be a natural communicator and have the ability to quickly grasp the technical needs and potential root causes of one's problem.

We would love to hear that you have/are:

  • Professional level of proficiency in Turkish & English language, verbal and written
  • An IT education and/or experience from working in the IT industry
  • Documented experience from customer-support related jobs
  • A great technical foundation to stand on, preferably within networking
  • Problem-solving skills, preferably gained from a similar role
