End-User Device Engineering

Your responsibilities:
  1. You will make sure that BAUHAUS Nordics Intune solutions are running smoothly and with as little downtime as possible.
  2. You will help design, create, and implement new solutions for BAUHAUS and ensure that all applications and systems are always up to date; this will be done together with our current Intune technician and, of course, the rest of the Infrastructure Team.
  3. You will also be the go-to person for technical 2 and 3 level support from our ServiceDesk team.
  4. Manage and administrate the current tenant for Intune.
  5. Implement new tools and features into our digital tools and channels.
  6. Help and support the ServiceDesk team with solutions, troubleshooting, training, and procedures.
  7. Help manage day-to-day maintenance in Intune through automation and optimization.
  8. Design, create, and implement Intune solutions for new and old systems.
  9. Decide hardware for end-users and approve readiness in Intune.
  10. Startup implementation of MDM in Bauhaus (more than 1,500 devices).

  • 3,000 enrolled devices
  • 1,500 MDM devices (Future project)
  • 300 packages
  • 250 configuration profiles
How will your typical day look like?

You will start by going through the new tickets in the queue and then discuss and assign them with the rest of the infrastructure team in our morning meeting. Your typical tasks will be incidents from monitoring, requests from users/ServiceDesk, or other forms of day-to-day operations for 2 levels. Projects will also be a large part of your day, both internal (working on new technologies, automation, development, and maintenance) and cross-platform projects involving several different departments and teams.

We will support you in your development and give you the opportunity to work on various operations tasks and projects.

About you:
  • Min. 3 years of experience as Intune Administrator or a similar position
  • Skilled in all aspects of Intune
  • Experience with supporting Intune tenant and advanced knowledge of Intune management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and OS for end-users
  • Knowledge of Intune architecture and security and how to build solutions
  • Knowledge of general network configuration, MS 365 infrastructure, AD, and sync to Azure AD
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

It is to your advantage if you are familiar with ITIL V3 and have completed any certifications or courses related to the job position but not a requirement. This position is based in Stockholm and will include a few traveling days to Denmark/Finland.

About BAUHAUS Nordic IT:

Nordic IT is responsible for all IT in the Nordic countries, which currently are Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Iceland - with Finland and Estonia potentially joining later this year. Nordic IT consists of 2 major teams: IT business applications and IT Operation where the infrastructure team is part of IT Operations. We are around 80 colleagues and are located mainly in Aarhus and Stockholm. Nordic IT works independently of our Corporate IT colleagues in Germany, but we do of course share knowledge & support each other.
