MyCamper: We are the leading platform for sharing camping vehicles in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Switzerland. Our goal is to democratize camping by optimizing current resources.

Chief Product Officer (CPO): Take charge of product development at MyCamper. You will guide the product team, collaborate with management, and closely work with the tech department. Shape the product's vision, strategy, and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a product that drives substantial growth across all markets by enhancing user experience and tackling challenging customer issues.
  • Create a product that addresses customer needs and fosters profitable growth on both sides of the marketplace.
  • Define a bold product vision and craft a strategy to align with it, ensuring focus on the right problem-solving approach.
  • Implement ongoing customer discovery methods to gather insights continuously, aiding in pinpointing and addressing pertinent problems.
  • Establish a robust data framework in collaboration with the BI analyst to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Lead the product team to tackle the correct problems efficiently for the benefit of the business (viability) and users (value and usability).
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to maintain effective communication and synergy between product and tech teams.
  • Contribute to shaping the company's strategy and culture actively as part of the management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, specifically in developing consumer-oriented products with a user base of over 10,000.
  • Proven track record in establishing and executing highly successful product development processes focused on desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with operating in a data-informed environment, relying on compelling arguments over authority-driven decisions.
  • At least 4 years of experience in leading and nurturing teams to maximize performance and growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take decisive action under pressure, drive multiple high-impact projects concurrently, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a knack for clear and thorough documentation to set expectations for team members.
