Description

Are you a proactive individual with a passion for innovation and achieving outstanding results? Galderma is looking for a skilled Portfolio and Project Planner to collaborate with the Injectable Aesthetics (Ax) Project Teams in developing and advancing R&D project plans. As a crucial member of our Portfolio Management Operations team, you will work closely with Ax project managers, using your expertise to support schedule and financial planning for our development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to create and maintain schedules and financial plans for development projects.
  • Support the development and management of global, integrated cross-functional plans to meet project objectives.
  • Execute R&D Portfolio Management processes and policies for portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate activities with external business partners to achieve partnership contract deliverables.
  • Manage R&D Project plans to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.
  • Resolve team dynamic issues and enhance team effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in R&D project planning or portfolio and project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with pharmaceutical R&D portfolio and project management tools and applications.
  • Expertise in a Project Management Planning tool, and familiarity with Planisware is necessary.
  • Understanding of financial and budget planning.
  • Understanding of Medical Device/Drug Development processes.
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required, proficiency in Swedish preferred.
