Vi arbetar både med välkända etablerade varumärken och lanseringar av nya varumärken, koncept och produkter. Vår produktportfölj består av en kombination av internationella varumärken och varumärken med svenskt ursprung. Vi verkar inom en mängd produktkategorier och driver försäljning gentemot dagligvaruhandel, servicehandel, apotek, fackhandel och foodservice. En dag på jobbet innebär hög energi, kul stämning och korta beslutsvägar.Vi söker nu en Brand Manager till vårt team. Som Brand Manager hos oss kommer du att ansvara för det dagliga samarbetet med våra Brand Owners (varumärkesägare), samt strategiskt driva försäljning och öka lönsamheten för både välkända och väletablerade varumärken. Du kommer att arbeta med att driva försäljning och lönsamhet för välkända, etablerade varumärken, såväl som att driva etablering av nya varumärken på marknaden, från business case till tillgänglighet i butik.Denna möjlighet är perfekt för dig som brinner för detaljhandeln och vill vara en del av en tillväxtfas hos ett ledande företag inom försäljning och distribution. Vi värdesätter flexibilitet och ger dig möjlighet att varva arbete på kontoret med arbete hemifrån.ARBETSUPPGIFTERArbetsuppgifter* Vara daglig kontakt för Brand Owners samt underhålla och utveckla samarbetet med dessa* Skapa en årlig budget, aktivitets- och marknadsplan i samråd med Brand Owners, Key Account Managers och Säljkårschefer, innehållandes till exempel nyhetslanseringar och kampanjer* Planera säljcykler inklusive säljmål, KPI:er och säljdrivande verktyg* Genom analys av nyckeltal identifiera, planera och genomföra nya tillväxtinitiativ* Utveckla och ta fram POS material i samarbete med byråer och tryckerier* Hålla informerande och inspirerande presentationer vid säljkonferenserVI SÖKER DIG SOMSom person tror vi att du trivs i en dynamisk och föränderlig organisation, där du får stort mandat och påverkan i din roll. Du är en naturlig relationsbyggare med stark kommunikativ förmåga och stort resultatfokus.
