BNP Paribas Cardif Nordics is seeking a detail-oriented Anti Money Laundering (AML) / Compliance Officer with strong analytical skills to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and assessing compliance risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing new laws and regulations. Your tasks will include developing internal guidelines, preparing reports, conducting risk assessments, and providing support on financial security matters. As the Central Function Responsible (CFA), you will also play a key role in informing and educating the organization on regulatory compliance.

  • Work on identifying, investigating, and evaluating compliance risks
  • Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Implement new laws, regulations, and internal rules
  • Develop internal guidelines and policies
  • Prepare reports for management and headquarters
  • Support in regulatory projects
  • Provide advice and support on financial security matters
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner

As the ideal candidate for this role, you should be structured, analytical, and have a high level of integrity. A background in law or a related field, along with experience in the financial or audit industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.
