As a Qualcomm Systems Engineer, you will research, design, develop, simulate, and validate systems-level software, hardware, and solutions that fuel cutting-edge technology development. Qualcomm Systems Engineers collaborate across teams to exceed system-level requirements and standards.

Fleet Sweden is constructing a data collection system with vehicles equipped with various sensors like cameras, lidars, and GPS. The aim is to gather training and validation data for developing ADAS functions for the Automotive industry and, eventually, autonomous cars. The system is built for modularity and scalability to fit various car makes, models, configurations, and hardware setups.

Responsibilities as Drivers Lead:
  • Be part of the Perception Data Collection organization.
  • Secure drivers for Global Data Collection activities in Perception.
  • Oversee all drivers for Global Data Collection in Perception.
  • Ensure efficient Way of Working for global data collection.
  • Provide driver trainings.
  • Collaborate with the local team and focus on team development.
  • Coordinate with the data collection team to secure necessary prerequisites for data collection.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.
  • Experience in a large matrixed organization.
  • Leadership experience and ability to interact with senior management.
  • Experience influencing key organizational decisions.


Level of Responsibility:
  • Lead the local and global Driver team.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Make decisions that impact beyond immediate team.
  • Communicate complex information effectively.
  • Have influence over key organizational decisions.
  • Tasks require planning, problem-solving, and prioritization.
  • Direct interface with data collection suppliers.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science with years of relevant work experience.
  • PhD in relevant field with work experience.
  • *Years of experience are indicative; equivalent experience is considered.
