Manager - Ancillary Coverage & Fulfillment

Our portfolio includes consumer online travel agency brands like Mytrip, GoToGate & Flight Network, and partnerships with companies such as Skyscanner, Google Flights, and TUI.
Join us at Etraveli Group and lead our Coverage and Fulfillment team in the Sales Ancillary department. With your guidance, a team of skilled Ancillary Specialists and Business Analysts will strive for excellence in ancillary services. Your mission is to ensure top-notch ancillaries coverage and close to fully automated fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing and fulfilling all ancillary products, including airline services like bags, seat selection, meal selection, and other products like e-visas, check-in, fast track, etc.Break down department objectives into team objectives and goalsDefine processes and workflows for the team and ensure implementation and follow-upSet relevant KPIs and monitor their performanceEnsure high-quality configurationIdentify coverage gaps and optimize fulfillment methodsCollaborate with Product Managers to set technical requirements for new product featuresOnboard and coach team members, assisting in their development and achieving organizational and personal goalsTroubleshoot and identify business impact, escalating issues as neededCollaborate with Customer service/back office to address quality issuesEstablish quality thresholds for product go-liveRequirements
Experience with GDS, NDC, and/or LCCDemonstrated ability to translate company strategy into actionable tactics, execute them, and follow upBusiness-oriented mindsetExperience in leading teamsFamiliarity with analytical tools like Excel, Looker, and QliksenseStrong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to workAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelevant educational backgroundBenefits
