Är du redo att leda Vattenfalls RE&FM projektportfölj mot ett fossilfritt samhälle?

Vi söker nu en Head of RE&FM Projects till RE&FM Nordic. Rollen innebär ansvar för fastigheter och tekniska tjänster i Sverige, Danmark och Finland. Vi är ca 45 personer som levererar årligen tjänster för ca 800 MSEK till Vattenfalls nordenverksamhet.

Här kommer du att arbeta

RE&FM Nordic har en omfattande projektverksamhet och nyligen bildades enheten RE&FM Projects. Målet är att etablera professionell projektstyrning för att möta Vattenfalls behov och bidra till ett fossilfritt samhälle.

Som Head of RE&FM Projects rapporterar du till Director RE&FM Nordic och ingår i ledningsgruppen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda och styra verksamheten för att säkra leverans och samverkan i projekt
  • Agera sponsor i större projekt
  • Upprätthålla projektportföljen avseende projektstatus, risker och investeringsplanering
  • Bidra i förstudier för beslutsfattande

Kvalifikationer

För rollen ser vi att du har akademisk bakgrund, ledarerfarenhet, erfarenhet inom RE&FM och projektledning samt goda språkkunskaper.

Önskvärt med erfarenhet från energi- eller byggbranschen.

Som person är du lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och initiativrik med förmåga att samarbeta och leda utveckling.
