Säkerhetsavdelningen på Telenor Sverige är en specialiserad enhet som stödjer och sätter krav på den svenska verksamheten. Vi bedriver både långsiktigt arbete och tar oss an akuta situationer. Vi är ett mångsidigt team som prioriterar stöd, uppmuntran och utmaningar för att driva säkerhetsarbetet på bästa sätt. Vi har ansvar för säkerheten inom hela den svenska verksamheten.

Vad du kommer att göra

Hotbilden förändras ständigt och den digitala världen innebär nya och oväntade faror. Vi behöver anpassa oss kontinuerligt för att skydda företagets tillgångar. Vi söker nu en person som kommer att ha ansvaret för fysisk och personalsäkerhet hos oss.

I rollen som Head of Physical Security på Telenor Sverige ansvarar och driver du säkerhetsarbetet gällande fysisk och personalsäkerhet inom hela vår verksamhet – från infrastruktur till kontorsmiljö. Genom analys, utredning och utbildning säkerställer du högsta standard och arbetar för ständiga förbättringar. Du samarbetar nära med kollegor i vår globala organisation och drar nytta av tidigare erfarenheter.

Du deltar i olika ledningsgrupper och kommunicerar säkerhetsfrågor på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt. Du rapporterar till Andreas Goding, Business Security Officer.

Vem du är

Vi ser att du som Head of Physical Security har en gedigen erfarenhet inom säkerhetsområdet. Du behärskar fysisk säkerhet, regulatoriska ramar och standarder samt har god förståelse för vår verksamhet. Du kan entusiasmera andra och tar ansvar för dina områden.

Du är skicklig på att bygga relationer och hantera intressenter på olika nivåer. Vi tror att du kan omsätta strategier i praktiken. Dessutom har du relevant utbildning och förmåga att driva säkerhetsarbete inom organisationen.

Du har:

Förmåga att balansera affärsverksamhet och säkerhet med ett kommersiellt synsättErfarenhet av relevant lagstiftning och standarder inom områdetHögt säkerhetsmedvetande och integritetSpråkkunskaper i svenska och engelskaUtbildningar och certifieringar inom säkerhetNätverk inom säkerhetsbranschen
