In Reward in Group People, we are seeking a Reward Partner for the Reward Business Partnering team. Join a dynamic, highly skilled team in Reward, collaborating with executives and senior leaders on the full breadth of the Reward agenda. Shape and implement Reward strategy to support employee attraction, retention, and motivation. Responsibilities include salary setting, pay programs, and performance dialogues.

About this role:

  • Developing and implementing reward strategy, processes, and initiatives
  • Supporting the annual pay cycle, implementation, and budget governance
  • Advising Heads of People and senior leaders on reward matters
  • Leading and supporting the People team in your area
  • Ensuring compliance with pay principles and reward policies
  • Collecting business input and feedback
  • Contributing to new concepts and initiatives

Drive continuous improvement and impact of Reward offerings for Nordea's senior leaders. Collaborate with inspiring colleagues for constant development. Role based in Stockholm or Helsinki.

Who we're looking for:

Collaborative, ownership-driven, passionate, and courageous. We seek individuals who are proactive, dependable, and committed to driving the Reward agenda. Requirements include relevant education, at least five years of experience, preferably in an international/Nordic environment.

Your profile:

  • Experience in financial sector regulatory framework on remuneration
  • Knowledge of total reward products and processes
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a dynamic environment with many stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and written/spoken Swedish, Finnish, and English
