Som Manager Operation Center blir du en nyckelspelare i organisationen där du i rollen ansvarar för att driva och utveckla tjänster inom Operation Center. Erbjudandet är inom service och innebär fjärrövervakning över kunders anläggningar. Ditt fokus är att säkerställa effektivitet, funktionalitet och kundnytta. Du driver aktivt affären Operation Center framåt genom att, i nära samarbete med våra säljavdelningar och leveransavdelningar i Sverige, Norge och Danmark, kontinuerligt utveckla kunderbjudandet och säkerställa en högkvalitativ leverans. I rollen har du budget och resultatansvar.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer att inkludera:

  • Ansvar för drift och förvaltning av Operation Center.
  • Driva och utveckla tjänsterna inom Operation Center samt stödja säljorganisationen med lösningsdesign i kundcase.
  • Supportera leveransorganisationen och bidra till utveckling.
  • Upprätta budget, prognoser och följa upp resultat.
  • Säkerställa verksamhetens kvalitetsmål, inklusive kundnöjdhet, certifieringar, och lagefterlevnad.
  • Se till att verksamheten följer företagets rutiner, policys och kvalitetskrav.
  • Leda utvecklingen av standarder, processer och rutiner inom området och förvalta dessa.
  • Samverka med ansvariga områdeschefer för att driva utveckling inom Operation Center.
  • Att få vara med och bidra till att verksamheter som sjukhus och räddningstjänster kan driva sin verksamhet utan strömavbrott.
  • Jobba i en organisationsom genomsyrasavförtroende och frihet under ansvar.

Vem är du?

  • Har minst tre års erfarenhet från motsvarande position samt erfarenhet från teknisk leverans i minst fem år.
  • Har en akademisk examen inom relevant område.
  • Du har utbildning inom BMS/SCADA-system.
  • Kommunicerar flytande på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift, på professionell nivå.
  • Behärskar Microsoft Office paketet.
  • B-körkort.
  • Meriterande om du har erfarenhet från en roll som teamledare eller chef.
  • Meriterande om du har elbehörighet.

För samtliga roller inom kritisk verksamhet görs en bakgrundskontroll, säkerhetsprövning kan bli aktuellt beroende på uppdrag.
