In this position at Verisure, you will have a significant role in managing the operations of 3PL and transport companies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in logistics processes. You will be responsible for optimizing 3PL processes in alignment with Verisure's internal operations, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ESG considerations.
What you'll be up to- Incoming quality control (IQC) process lead
- Communication with quality and RND department
- Do it yourselves (DIY) process lead
- Cross-function coordination with CM, OPCO, quality, and RND department
- Handle technical project management within a 3PL environment
- Reverse logistic warehouse activities
This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities and the opportunity to drive efficiencies in the operational area. The position is based in Malmö with a weekly visit to Helsingborg where the 3PL facility is located.

Requirements:- Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Supply Chain or similar roles
- Knowledge of international business culture
- Enthusiasm for learning, continuous improvement, and teamwork
This role involves interacting with various stakeholders, necessitating strong communication and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in English and Swedish (spoken and written). Being organized and having a passion for enhancement are crucial, while project management and training experience are advantageous.
While experience in a multinational environment is beneficial, the key attributes we look for are a proactive attitude, speed, accuracy, and a drive for progress without delays.
