Quality Control Technician

I denna roll är ditt övergripande ansvar att säkerställa kvaliteten på råmaterial och tillverkade produkter. Du kommer att ingå i ett team om fem personer och rapportera till Quality Control Manager.

I denna roll ingår:

  • Analys av prover (pH, osmolalitet, viskositet, densitet, steriltest, bioburden, endotoxintest, spermietester, tillväxtkontroll, partiklar, dragtest, dimensionskontroll, visuella kontroller mm)
  • Resultatrapportering via LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
  • Sammanställning av dokumentation för frisläppning av färdiga produkter
  • Frisläppning av råmaterial
  • Arbete i renrum
  • Miljöövervakning av renrum

Tjänsten innebär även ansvar för vissa metoder och metodvalidering, deltagande i metodutveckling samt förbättringsarbete och vidareutveckling av avdelningens service till övriga processer. Du kommer också arbeta med utredning av avvikelser samt med specialstudier kopplade till utveckling och marknad.

För denna roll behöver du:

  • Naturvetenskaplig högskola/universitetsutbildning inom t ex biomedicin/kemi/biokemi/biologi.
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i skrift och i tal
  • Vara noggrann, strukturerad och ha förmåga att prioritera
  • Vara serviceinriktad, lösningsfokuserad och kommunikativ
  • Tycka om att arbeta både i grupp och självständigt

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet från liknande tjänst
  • Erfarenhet av analyser såsom steriltest, bioburden, endotoxintest, pH och osmolalitet.
  • Erfarenhet från arbete med LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
  • Erfarenhet från arbete i renrum
