Minnovation International AB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation and Commissioning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and quality control of mechanical and electrical systems in our automotive production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and meets the required quality and quantity specifications.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of site engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the quality of work is maintained.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and controlled environment, and that all quality standards are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation and commissioning process, working closely with the project team and other stakeholders to find solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, and maintain accurate records of all work completed.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary school degree or above in mechanical, electrical, or related field, or high school degree with 10 years' experience in conveyor equipment, non-standard equipment manufacturing, assembly, and site installation and commissioning.
- Experience: More than 5 years' experience in the installation of conveying equipment, non-standard equipment, and automation equipment.
- Skills: Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, transportation, and steel structure installation drawings; EXCEL, WORD, PPT, and other office software; familiar with daily receiving and sending emails.
- Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, good communication and coordination skills, high work efficiency, strong organization, and ability to handle and coordinate with project parties and company internal functions and departments.
- Professional Abilities: Ability to make a reasonable production plan for production management, supervision, and quality control, and deliver with quality and quantity guaranteed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Engineering experience in the automotive industry, ability to travel for long durations.
