About the job

The role of Sustainability and Compliance Lead at Alfa Laval involves overseeing supplier audits, sustainability initiatives, and driving sustainability opportunities globally and locally. You will collaborate with an international team and contribute to sustainable solutions.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
  • Being a subject matter expert in sustainability and compliance
  • Leading global assignments, such as Digitalization
  • Overseeing global sustainability and compliance projects
  • Developing sustainability and compliance capabilities
Who you are

We are looking for an independent and goal-oriented individual who excels at building networks in a matrix organization. You should have a passion for data analysis, confidence in ambiguous situations, and a positive attitude towards change.

What you know

You should have at least 5 years of experience in sustainability, particularly in Sustainable Sourcing/Responsible Sourcing. Strong knowledge of supplier audits, quality tools, and Lean Six Sigma is essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional certifications like ISO auditor or knowledge of Power BI are advantageous.
