What will you do?

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our Truck Alliances Team.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with external entities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives, and developing our international partner network.

Your contributions will help shape the future of the trucking industry and further our mission for sustainability.

Your scope will be:

  • Negotiating future projects
  • Securing compliance with competition law and other relevant regulations
  • Working as interface between JV/Partner and GTT
  • Managing meeting governance according to established routines
  • Developing the interface with our JV'S/partners for the benefit of Volvo
  • Report status internally Volvo

You have a knack for turning ideas into actionable results and are happy to do so in a cross-functional environment.

To be actively engaged in multiple projects, lending your expertise to shape strategic solutions is something you enjoy.

A big part of this role will be to collaborate with external partners to enhance and streamline our ways of working, fostering efficiency and synergy.

You embrace a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with enthusiasm – and at the same time enjoy learning about and engaging with diverse countries and cultures.


What you need to have:

  • Msc/Bsc degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrate proven experience in alliance management or business development.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Communicate effectively and excel in interpersonal relationships.
  • Fluent in English
In this role you will be located in Gothenburg, but you will travel frequently.
