We are now looking for a Project Planning Manager who wants to take the next step in the career together with us at Randstad and our client Alstom.

Responsibilities

As Project Planning Manager you will:

  • Update full schedules for low criticality projects or parts of schedules of projects with any criticality
  • Collect time related progress information
  • Prepare standard progress reports
  • Maintain schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company's procedures
  • Collect progress information from stakeholders and suppliers
  • Participate in periodic project schedule review sessions
  • Report the actual or potential delays to the core project team
  • Prepare standard schedule and progress reports
  • Timely updates of progress reports and standard KPIs
Qualifications

To thrive and develop in this role, you don't need to have all, but some of these competencies:

  • Project Scheduling
  • Schedule Risk Management / Monte Carlo
  • Earned Value Management
  • Engineering or Business degree Desirable
  • Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool
  • Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fundamental knowledge of the engineering or construction industries.
  • Fluency in English; good working knowledge in Swedish
