About the Role

As a Senior Web Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. You will be working with a variety of digital data sources and technologies to provide insights and recommendations that support insight-driven decision making.

You will be joining a team of seven experts managing Measurement, Advanced Analytics, Web Analytics, and Experimentation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a significant impact in steering our entire company towards a digital-first mindset.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to

  • Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Developing reports and dashboards that utilize behavioral and backend data to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, CRO specialists, product owners, UX, and developers.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Fostering an insight-driven culture.

Who are you?

We also believe that you have

  • Experience in working in digital environments, e.g. Ecommerce, app platforms
  • Several years of experience in web and app product analytics, with expertise in one of several of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Firebase, Tableau, SQL, BigQuery, and Python
  • Experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that influence business decisions, utilizing tools like Looker, Tableau or similar
  • Experience from working with CRO & A/B testing
  • Structured, flexible and solution-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of web development and IT development processes
  • Live permanently in Stockholm with surroundings, Sweden
  • Fluent in Swedish or English, verbal and written.

Nice to have

  • Telco experience or experience of working with subscription-based business models
  • Experience with data from mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets.
  • Familiar with some of the behavioral analysis tools like Hotjar, Decibel, or Contentsquare (we use Contentsquare)
