We are seeking a motivated Shift Leader in Eskilstuna to lead our warehouse teams.

Your Role:

  • Assess work forecasts to determine productivity requirements and achieve daily objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Area Managers to optimize shift operations and meet goals.
  • Support safety programs and ensure a secure work environment.
  • Focus on reaching contractual KPI's and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper training for team members and supervise daily operations effectively.
  • Coordinate with Site Manager to meet client needs and manage resources efficiently.
  • Handle compliance, financial, operational, and HR reporting following guidelines.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Knowledge in logistics or business administration preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse management.
  • Ability to manage a large team and understand warehouse processes.
  • Proficient in Excel, warehouse management systems, and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Swedish and Advanced English required.
