Your Role

As an Outbound Administrator in Eskilstuna, your main task is to oversee warehouse teams in charge of outbound operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage transport documents, and keep accurate records of outgoing goods, working closely with team leaders and outbound staff to meet customer demands.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure systematic loading and sending out of all items.
  • Continuously verify alignment to prevent loading surprises.
  • Make sure the necessary trucks are available to meet delivery needs.
  • Create customer tickets to resolve errors, such as arranging additional trucks or addressing delays.
  • Track outgoing shipment volumes, cages, and pallets.
  • Monitor incoming cage and pallet volumes.
  • Plan and communicate where outgoing goods should be located in the warehouse.
  • Set up new filters in the system for stacking and staging when required.
  • Replace damaged or missing stacking/staging codes as needed.
  • Provide support to sorting/loading operations as requested.
  • Address knowledge gaps or performance issues among staff promptly.
  • Alert production management of risks related to sorting/loading delays.
  • Investigate issues, determine root causes, and propose solutions in case of errors.
This role involves working on rotating shifts: alternating morning and evening schedules from Sunday to Thursday.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar field.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse logistics and customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of goods receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
