Vi är IPM och vi letar efter dig - en visionär designer med fantastiskt hantverkskunnande.Digital Designer / AD på IPM Brand & CommunicationI rollen som Digital Designer / Art Director på IPM kommer du ansvara för att skapa, utveckla, forma och förändra varumärken, upplevelser, kampanjer och hemsidor med modern design för starka B2B-kunder i en stor variation av branscher och områden. Lokal som nationell, stor som liten. Tillsammans med dig vill vi visa att skarp design och vass kommunikation gör lika stor nytta för företag som säljer till företag som för dem som vänder sig mot konsument.Vad kan vi erbjuda för roll?
  • Som Digital Designer / Art Director ansvarar du för att skapa visuellt slående och övertygande designkoncept för våra kunders varumärken och kommunikation. En roll som kräver bred erfarenhet av att utveckla kreativa och sammanhängande lösningar till kanaler som webb, sociala medier, annonskanaler och print samt genom animering och film.
  • Du kommer att ingå i vårt Kommunikationsteam där vi konceptualiserar, designar och utvecklar all idé och produktion som driver kundens varumärke framåt.
  • Du blir en nyckelspelare i vårt team och jobbar tätt tillsammans med Senior Copywriter och Creative Director för att utveckla identiteter och koncept för våra uppdragsgivare.
  • Du stöttar teamets Content Designer och Content Producer för att säkerställa vår produktion med hög kvalitet och effektivitet. Därför är det viktigt att du kan greppa hela spektrat från hög konceptuell nivå till minsta detalj utan att tappa fokus på målet.
  • Vi vill att du har en kreativ inställning med ett strategiskt perspektiv och målmedvetenhet. För att lyckas behöver du snabbt anpassa dig till föränderliga prioriteringar, krav och identifiera möjligheter för våra kunder.
  • Kunderna varierar mellan stora internationella tjänstevarumärken till mindre kända tillverkande industrier. Vi tror på att fokusera på kundens resultat, när kunden når sina affärsmål växer du och vi med dem.
Vem är du?Du är en självgående person med förmåga att leverera kvalitet och tempo - idéer på uppstuds och leveranser enligt hela designprocessen. Du vet hur man designar effektivt och konsekvent och drivs av att skapa både fantastiska ting och grymma resultat. Din nyfikenhet gör att du kan se nyttan av teknik som AI och nya medier eller plattformar för att göra ditt nästa projekt ännu bättre.Du uppskattar att få utrymme för att vara med och bygga och förändra både process och erbjudande för ditt tjänsteområde och projekten du arbetar med. I framtiden kanske du drömmer om att bli den som är kreativt ansvarig som Design Director eller Creative Director?Relevant erfarenhetFörst och främst ÄLSKAR du design, alltså alla aspekter av designprocessen - research, strategi, konceptutveckling, prototyping - men du skiner som allra bäst när det handlar om att sedan designa och arbeta fram visuellt tilltalande, attraktiva, smarta och fantastiska upplevelser.Mångsidig erfarenhet: Du har arbetat inom en mängd olika branscher och projekt och har med dig en bred erfarenhet inom visuell identitet, grafisk produktion, webbdesign/UX och/eller varumärkesdesign.Affärsdriven: Du arbetar, eller har arbetat på byrå eller som frilans och vet hur man sätter fler kunder och projekt i fokus samtidigt.Samarbete och kommunikation: Du är en lagspelare som har arbetat ihop med flera olika typer av roller som varumärkesstrateger, copywriters, fotografer, UX-designers och front-end utvecklare.Kultur: Du är självgående, trivs med att arbeta i både egna projekt och större projektteam över flera discipliner.Karriäraspirationer: Du är nyfiken och motiverad, vill lära dig mer av både kollegor, kunder och teknik. Du är inte rädd för att vare sig utmana eller utmanas. Framöver kanske du drömmer om att leda ditt eget designteam?Det hade varit underbart om du också har:
  • Erfarenhet av Art Direction inom foto och film (hos kund och i studio)
  • Har använt AI verktyg för generering av bilder, grafik och film i faktiska projekt
  • Tidigare projekterfarenhet från animation, 3D och rendering
Krav på dig som söker rollen:
  • 3+ års erfarenhet inom en designdisciplin såsom digital design, visuell identitet eller varumärkesdesign.
  • Arbetat på byrå, som frilans eller konsult.
  • Behärskar designverktyg som Figma och Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio och/eller case som visar en rad designprojekt och en djup förståelse för designprinciper och -processer.
