Vad innebär rollen? Som säljare på Nexer Cybersecurity kommer du att äga försäljningen och driva vår expansion framåt. Du kommer ha möjlighet att erbjuda marknaden inte bara fantastiska konsulter utan även tjänster som verkligen uppfattas som samtida. Du kommer att ha tillgång till några av de mest intressanta stora företagskunderna som Sverige har att erbjuda samt högintensivt stöd från våra kollegor över 3000 personer inom Nexer Group. I rollen som säljare är du ansvarig för prospektering och bearbetning av nya och befintliga kunder, tillsammans ta fram lösningar med våra konsulter och partners. Det är viktigt att du är strukturerad i ditt arbete, tar ansvar och kan prioritera. Här kommer du att arbeta tillsammans med kompetenta, engagerade och roliga kollegor. Du kommer ha möjlighet att arbeta med ett brett utbud av stora och små svenska och internationella kunder.

Om Nexer Cyber Security:Vistartade 2021 och idag har vi 20 anställda med betydande mångfald i erfarenhet och bakgrund. Vår affärsverksamhet På Nexer Cybersecurity har vi placerat oss i en unik position genom vår marknadsstrategi och kompetens. För att göra cybersäkerhet affärsrelevant har vi specialiserat oss inom Cyber Risk Quantification, något som funnits ett tag men inte är vanligt förekommande (än). Det möjliggör för organisationer att verkligen kartlägga sina hot / risker och identifiera vad som behöver göras för att begränsa brister som resulterar i en potentiell förlust. Att fokusera ansträngningar och investeringar för att få ut mesta möjliga av det är idag kritiskt. Vi kan erbjuda marknaden denna förmåga genom hjärnkraft, metodik och plattformar. För att stödja klienter med åtgärdsstöd levererar vi konsultprojekt och specialister genom våra tre kunskapsområden:

  • Cyber Advisory: Säkerställa rimlig risk och exponering ur ett ledningsperspektiv. Fokus på Governance inom cybersäkerhet. Lagar och regler som GDPR, NIS1 (snart 2), DORA och lagen om skydd av samhällsviktig verksamhet.
  • Security Architecture: Justera befintliga och införa nya säkerhetskapaciteter för organisationer i ett förändringsstadie som strävar efter digitaliseringens dröm. Fokus på säkerhetsinfrastruktur under den allmänna förändringen av verksamheten.
  • DevSecOps: Införliva cybersäkerhet i utvecklingsprocessen oavsett plattform. Vi tror på att flytta säkerhet genom "shift left", vilket innebär att införliva cybersäkerhet från designfasen hela vägen genom.

Vem är du? Vi tror att du har några års erfarenhet av ny kundbearbetning och försäljning av tjänster inom cybersäkerhet. Du är van vid att sälja tjänster och lösningar. Dina kommunikationsfärdigheter gör att du kan skapa rätt interaktioner över hierarkin från operativ till styrelsenivå. Du är passionerad inom försäljning, är resultatdriven, relationsbyggande och besitter stor drivkraft med hög energi. Du är kreativ, affärsinriktad, orädd och vågar utmana kunder. Rollen har en stor frihet och därmed ser vi gärna att du är självständig, tar eget initiativ, besitter en trygghet i sig själv samt en önskan om att skapa. Dessutom behärskar du både svenska och engelska. Dina personliga egenskaper är viktiga för oss eftersom vi vill behålla den atmosfär vi har idag. Du respekterar dina kollegor och har en stark önskan att dela med dig av din kunskap till andra samt lyssna och lära.
